Shipping Information

The shipment of your package is managed by our shipping company. We guarantee delivery within 7-31 business days from the date of your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Uncollected or Stolen Packages: If you do not pick up your package in time, or if the package is left unattended and is subsequently stolen, PillLotus will not cover the shipping costs or be held responsible for the loss. Unless shipping protection is purchased.
  • Customs and Postal Delays: If the package is delayed due to customs or local postal activities in your country, PillLotus is not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control.
  • Incorrect Address: If the order is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error during the checkout process, the responsibility lies with the customer, and PillLotus will not be held liable.
  • Shipping Origins: We ship from multiple locations (USA, Turkey, Israel, Netherlands, China) based on our current stock and your destination. The shipping origin may vary accordingly.
