All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your PillLotus package every step of the way.
Please note that certain factors—such as incomplete payment, missing address details, or periods of high seasonal demand—may affect processing times. In such cases, we will reach out to you via email before processing your order to ensure smooth and successful delivery.
Shipping Time
Depending on the shipping option and destination you select at checkout, orders will be delivered within 5-15 business days.

Taxes and Duties
Please be aware that placing an order with PillLotus does not include any customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country on international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. For clarification on rates, please contact your local customs office.
